      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the healthcare team by scheduling patient appointments and assisting with inquiries
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for marketing activities and physician referrals
      - Quickly assess and determine customer needs
      - Handle escalated calls professionally and patiently
      - Perform other marketing and non-marketing duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in the State of Florida
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Exceptional active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task and document customer interactions accurately
      - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and typing speed of 40-45 WPM

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of customer service experience
      - 1 year of call center experience
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with reading, writing, and speaking skills
