What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the physician's office healthcare team by scheduling patient appointments and assisting with inquiries
- Determine customer needs quickly and efficiently
- Handle marketing and non-marketing related duties as assigned
- Utilize active listening and communication skills to manage escalated calls professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate database while multitasking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the State of Florida
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to type 40-45 words per minute
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree or related field preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- 1 year of call center experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English reading, writing, and speaking skills
