What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to determine their car purchasing needs
- Utilize knowledge of the inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicle options
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from online inquiries to in-store purchasing
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store interactions for an exceptional customer experience
- Mentor colleagues as your own skills develop and sales targets are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in a high-energy sales environment
- Ability to learn and master new technologies with strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adjust schedules as needed for business demands
