      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs
      - Use knowledge of the inventory to guide customers towards suitable vehicles
      - Assist customers throughout the entire purchasing process, from online sales to delivery
      - Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing for a top-notch customer experience
      - Mentor fellow team members as your skills and experience grow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
      - Strong listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
      - High self-motivation to achieve performance goals
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a high-energy sales environment
      - Strong computer skills and ability to learn new technologies
      - Open availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
      - Willingness to adjust schedules based on business needs
      - Residing within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
