      POSITION SUMMARY:

      The role of the Customer Service Data Entry position is to provide data entry and customer support to the Customer Service Team. This person will need to be detail oriented, accurate, and organized. This role will support business to government accounts including FBOP, Coast Guard, HPD, and other various agencies. Position is mostly data entry and will be expected to have 5% or less time on the phones supporting specific customers.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Enters/updates orders in the ERP and/or WMS system.
      • Electronic filing of Purchase Orders and/or other documents.
      • Enter Return Authorizations, shipping labels, and/or credits.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      QUALIFICATIONS :

      Education and Experience:

      • High School diploma, or equivalent
      • Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Data Entry preferred.


      Computer Skills:

      • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; 10 key by touch.
      • Experience with Dynamics AX, ShopWorks, or similar ERP/WMS preferred.

      Pay Range: $16.50 - $20 per hour
