      - Utilize client resources to accurately handle calls and inquiries
      - Maintain a positive demeanor and professionalism in all customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
      - Previous call center or office background experience is a plus
      - Basic computer skills with the ability to learn quickly
      - Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
      - Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check compliant with state and federal laws

      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
