      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for members and providers, handling 30-40 calls per day along with chats, texts, and emails
      - Ensure accurate and timely resolution of client and member inquiries regarding claims, coverage, and benefits
      - Educate customers on their healthcare plans and encourage the use of digital tools
      - Maintain thorough documentation of calls and follow through on issues until resolved
      - Safeguard privacy by adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare contact center
      - 3+ years of overall customer service experience
      - Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to navigate multiple customer service channels such as calls, chat, text, and email
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree or recent work towards a degree is preferred
