What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Train and develop a team of customer service representatives
- Review and uphold company policies in customer communications
- Handle escalated customer calls, emails, and chats
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and speed
- Research and resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate with other departments for problem resolution
- Stay updated on new policies and train team members accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of apparel construction and fashion categories
- Flexibility in schedule and ability to work overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School Diploma
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college education
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- 1+ years of team leadership experience
- Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
- Working knowledge of website navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
