      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for customer communication, managing onboarding from initiation to project close
      - Resolve customer and vendor issues efficiently and effectively
      - Create, analyze, and distribute reports for assigned accounts
      - Review work orders for accuracy, approve charges, and identify cost-saving opportunities
      - Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset tracking/control, inventory management, fleet management, or a relevant field
      - Proficiency in Excel and Word; Salesforce proficiency preferred
      - Ability to work remotely with a self-directed approach
      - Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
      - Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills

      - Knowledge of material handling equipment and specifications
