      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist patients via phone with inquiries related to their statements, insurance processing, and billing questions
      - Facilitate payment processes and provide options for patients over the phone
      - Manage incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate departments or team members as necessary
      - Perform additional related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent is required
      - 1-2 years of medical office experience or similar capacity is preferred
      - Experience in medical and insurance billing (EOB) is necessary
      - Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required
      - Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute

      - Previous customer service phone experience is beneficial
      - Ability to learn new software quickly
      - Capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a team environment
