What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors via phone, email, and web portal
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations to ensure privacy and safety of employee and patient information
- Assist in fostering a continuous improvement environment for business processes and services
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center, or related customer service experience
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and database systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining sensitive information to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in the medical and healthcare field
- Knowledge of processes within Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
