What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing helpful responses to customer questions and concerns
- Assist customers with technical or product-related issues by guiding them through troubleshooting steps
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns or exchanges, addressing billing or payment issues
- Maintain records of customer interactions to track trends and improve service quality
- Escalate unresolved issues to management or specialized departments for further investigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of prior relevant work experience in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to provide guidance to new employees on processes and procedures
- Bilingual skills are preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Department of Child Safety
- Certified Patient Care Representative (CPCR) certification preferred
