      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
      - Provide support in navigating customer bills and explaining them in simple terms
      - Utilize tools and resources to find solutions that meet customer needs
      - Empathize with customers and resolve concerns to simplify their experience
      - Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of call center experience (utilities industry experience a plus)
      - Self-driven and able to focus on tasks for long periods of time
      - Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills
      - High computer proficiency and technical knowledge
      - Open availability between 8:00am-10:00pm Monday through Friday Eastern Standard Time, including holidays, weekends, and extended/peak hours during storms/natural disasters

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Previous experience in the utilities industry
      - Additional foreign language proficiency
      - Experience with chat, email, and social technologies
      - Familiarity with Fortune 500 companies
