      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer support through various channels, including email, chat, voice, and social media
      - Proactively resolve partner escalations and customer feedback, documenting and tracking issues
      - Assist in the creation of consumer operations process design and customer journey mapping
      - Monitor and calibrate customer interactions and sales performance with external partners
      - Audit compliance related to customer service and provide reporting on customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of four (4) years of experience in customer service or customer support in a telecommunications or call center environment
      - Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally as needed
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in various formats
      - Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or related field
      - At least one (1) year of experience in the telecommunications industry
      - Knowledge of billing and phone systems specific to the employer
      - Relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications
