Job Description

- Receiving and processing orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
- Monitoring customer scheduling of trucks and inform co-packers accordingly to prevent overloading.
- Coordinating the logistics of truckloads, ensuring that shipment schedules align with co-packer capacity.
- Creating purchase orders and goods receipts to make inventory available for customer orders.
- Managing contracts and purchase orders with co-packers to ensure order alignment and correct pricing.
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and co-packers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- High school diploma.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or coursework related are also considered).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- SAP experience preferred.
