      Title: Customer Service/Order Management Representative

      We are actively seeking a Customer Service/Order Management Representative to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

      As our Customer Service/Order Management Representative, you'll make an impact by:
      • Receiving and processing orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
      • Monitoring customer scheduling of trucks and inform co-packers accordingly to prevent overloading.
      • Coordinating the logistics of truckloads, ensuring that shipment schedules align with co-packer capacity.
      • Creating purchase orders and goods receipts to make inventory available for customer orders.
      • Managing contracts and purchase orders with co-packers to ensure order alignment and correct pricing.
      • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and co-packers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
      What you need to succeed:
      • High school diploma.
      • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or coursework related are also considered).
      • Proficiency in Excel.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external partners.
      • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
      • SAP experience preferred.
