What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Monitor customer scheduling of trucks and inform co-packers to prevent overloading
- Coordinate logistics of truckloads to ensure shipment schedules align with co-packer capacity
- Create purchase orders and goods receipts to make inventory available for customer orders
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and co-packers, ensuring clear and timely communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-op, or related coursework considered)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP is preferred
