What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
- Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations
- Address client issues and concerns effectively, providing appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of travel products, destinations, services, and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite
