      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide accurate handling of inquiries regarding student loans and assist in account updates and repayment options
      - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance metrics
      - Assist customers in completing applications in accordance with department guidelines
      - Maintain the highest levels of privacy and security while delivering exceptional customer service
      - Adhere to federal regulations and company policies during customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
      - 6 months of computer experience in a business setting
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
      - Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Augusta, GA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Previous call center experience
      - 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
