What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Efficiently handle inquiries regarding student loans and provide accurate account updates and repayment options
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and key performance indicators
- Assist customers in completing applications in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Maintain high levels of privacy and security to protect client information and ensure exceptional customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with federal regulations and company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
- Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Hendersonville, TN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Call center experience
- 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
