- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, primarily focusing on outreach to students
- Provide timely and professional responses to all written communication
- Utilize CRM system for technical inquiries and ensure customer resolution
- Update records with current demographic and contact information, accurately noting all interactions
- Comprehend training material and adhere to federal and state laws governing the industry
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in navigating various technical devices and troubleshooting common computer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Education FinTech sector or related fields
- Strong internal motivation and self-starter attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Excellent multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment
- Previous experience working remotely
