      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting productivity needs
      - Provide timely and professional responses to all written communications
      - Utilize CRM system for technical inquiries and follow-up to resolve customer issues
      - Update records with current demographic and contact information and accurately document interactions
      - Comply with federal and state laws governing the industry and adhere to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with customers
      - Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and troubleshoot common computer issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Education FinTech industry or related fields
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
      - Proven track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      - Strong internal motivation and self-starter attitude
      - Ability to comprehend training material on a variety of topics
