What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide best-in-class customer service through inbound and outbound calls, primarily to students
- Maintain productivity by meeting outbound and inbound telephone call requirements
- Utilize CRM systems for technical inquiries and ensure timely follow-up for customer resolution
- Update customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
- Adhere to federal and state laws governing the industry and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and follow up effectively
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with internal motivation and the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a remote customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecommunication tools
- Background in education or financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Previous experience meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
