- Utilize CRM systems for technical inquiries and ensure timely follow-up for customer resolution
- Maintain accurate records with current demographic and contact information
- Comprehend and share training materials on various topics relevant to customer service
- Adhere to federal and state laws, as well as company policies and guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with internal motivation and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the education or financial services industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a remote environment
