      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Handle customer inquiries through phone and email while maintaining quality metrics
      - Participate in training sessions and apply knowledge to enhance service delivery
      - Use data analytics to identify call trends and report findings
      - Escalate critical issues to supervisors or management as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of contact center or related customer service experience
      - At least 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
      - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
      - Must be a US Citizen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
