What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, primarily to assist students with repayment of educational obligations
- Meet productivity needs for outbound and inbound calls while maintaining professionalism
- Utilize CRM systems for technical inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Update records with current demographic and contact information, accurately documenting all interactions
- Adhere to federal and state laws and client standards while achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective communication with customers
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong internal motivation
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various technical devices and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate common computer issues
- Experience in the education or financial services industry
