      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and patient services
      - Research and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients
      - Update billing information and establish payment plans for patients
      - Resolve payment inquiries and assist with patient scheduling
      - Provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
      - Prior data entry experience required
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide solutions efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service environment
      - Familiarity with healthcare plans and billing processes
      - Additional certifications related to customer service or healthcare
