      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and respond to incoming telephone calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans
      - Communicate professionally and courteously while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
      - Record information accurately in proprietary systems and manage time effectively to meet call handling metrics
      - Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues and promote teamwork within the department
      - Comply with all policies, legal, and compliance requirements while maintaining a safe work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; inbound call center experience preferred
      - Basic computer skills and ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
      - Strong verbal communication skills and excellent listening abilities
      - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a changing environment

      - Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
      - Familiarity with call center operations and metrics
      - Strong problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions
      - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
