      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the intake of referrals for medical equipment and supplies
      - Answer telephone calls, provide information to callers, and greet visitors
      - Send, track, and re-submit Certificate of Medical Necessity forms and Written Confirmation of a Verbal Order Forms
      - Assist in the delivery and pick-up of medical equipment as necessary
      - Process private pay claims and follow up on delinquent accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of experience in a medical equipment office setting or similar clerical/business office experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Accurate data entry skills and telephone communication abilities
      - Basic PC skills, including familiarity with PC-based applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with medical terminology
      - Knowledge of MestaMed and HME Express software
      - Mathematical aptitude and detail-oriented approach
