      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
      - Assist patients with billing information updates, payment plans, and scheduling needs
      - Provide quality service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
      - Research and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients
      - Maintain accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Previous data entry experience required
      - Prior scheduling experience required
      - Experience in a high-volume call center preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with healthcare services and terminology
      - Experience working in a remote customer service environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
