What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Address client and provider inquiries via email, fax, and phone
- Review provider history in internal systems and consult with supervisors for clarification
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Contact providers to discuss findings and inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience in Managed Care and Benefit Administration industries
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented approach to work
