What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls to address member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
- Assist patients with billing information updates, payment plans, and scheduling needs
- Provide quality customer service through effective communication and education
- Conduct thorough research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Data entry experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality service
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
