What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound chat and messaging requests from customers
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Provide excellent customer service during product inquiries, order placement, and order follow-up
- Keep customers informed on the status of their orders
- Act as a liaison between customers, manufacturers, and freight carriers

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to accurately document customer interactions
