What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer requests, order entry, and product education via phone and email
- Process credits for returns, damages, and other issues
- Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and cold chain guidelines
- Provide timely responses to inquiries and documentation requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of customer support experience in an office setting
- Experience with phone, chat, and/or email communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High School diploma or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JD Edwards, Cisco, case management, or Supply Manager
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge a plus
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and resourceful problem solver
