      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephone and written support for inquiries regarding TRICARE eligibility, benefits, and claims
      - Apply TRICARE regulations to determine eligibility and benefits, responding accurately to inquiries
      - Research and resolve claims issues, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
      - Educate providers on TRICARE billing requirements to minimize claim problems
      - Record data for customer service records and communicate system issues to supervisory staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. citizenship required due to Department of Defense restrictions
      - Must reside within 45 miles of the Madison, WI campus location
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center
      - Ability to learn medical and insurance terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data entry
      - Experience navigating dual monitor screens and multiple programs simultaneously
      - Strong skills in multi-tasking, research, and problem-solving
      - Ability to de-escalate situations and influence compliance with TRICARE procedures
