      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate resolutions for early-stage past due accounts and customer inquiries

      - Stay informed on operational updates and adhere to company policies
      - Communicate professionally with clients, consumers, and management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
      - Two or more years of applicable customer service or related experience
      - Proficient computer skills, including experience with collections software and spreadsheets
      - Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to work independently and demonstrate ethical judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center or collections environment
      - Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws related to customer service
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
      - Previous experience with computerized automated systems
