What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with residential prospects and existing customers to secure new recurring and incremental revenue
- Provide thoughtful, personalized communication in response to customer inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with billing, pricing, and product functionality through various support methods
- Promote company products and services for potential upselling opportunities
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfactory issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of proven sales experience or two years of college; or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required automobile insurance
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts, and physically manage the job's demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role in telecommunications
