What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inquiries regarding student loans, including account updates and repayment options, in compliance with regulations
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting quality assurance standards
- Assist customers with completing applications according to departmental procedures
- Ensure privacy and security protocols are followed to protect client information
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
- Minimum of 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C)
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Call center experience
- 6 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
