- Utilize BV tools to process specialty crucial medications for rare and complex conditions
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and customers
- Work closely with patients on therapy changes for targeted medications
- Provide customer education and routine assessment
- Ensure patient adherence and compliance to specific therapies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Full-time schedule availability, including weekends
- Willingness to submit a drug test and background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service
