      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers regarding healthcare benefits questions and concerns
      - Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while gathering necessary information
      - Work closely with patients to discuss therapy changes and medication information
      - Ensure timely and accurate billing for unbilled claims while delivering excellent customer service
      - Maintain chronological notes detailing actions taken to resolve outstanding claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume call center
      - Strong customer-focused personality with a desire to help others
      - Professional attitude with courteous telephone etiquette
      - Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in empathetic customer service roles
      - Familiarity with healthcare or insurance processes
      - Ability to navigate multiple computer applications quickly and accurately
      - Experience in resolving insurance problems and patient issues
      - Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements
