What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer high-level inquiries from various stakeholders, including the Governor's office and AHCCCS leadership
- Research and analyze complex customer concerns using computer information systems
- Process case actions and assist with monitoring requests and clarifying information
- Verify and update information in systems, preparing documents for research and resolution
- Participate actively in the Arizona Management System initiative and relevant meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in a multi-functional customer service environment
- Knowledge of Arizona Medicaid programs and eligibility systems
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle a consistent incoming workload effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical eligibility, enrollment, claims processing, or claims customer service
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills
