What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues as necessary
- Manage an average of 30–40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced call center environment
- Handle inquiries related to Equine Mortality and Commercial Equine Liability, including documentation and task management
- Perform both sales and service responsibilities utilizing core systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within the first 90 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to multi-task across several systems
- Reliable and accountable with a demonstrated job stability and attendance record

- Experience in the equine industry
- Strong grammar and communication skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume service center environment
- Ability to learn new material and systems/applications quickly
