      Accountabilities:
      • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
      • Provide exceptional support throughout the customer's lease-to-own journey.
      • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and accuracy.
      • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
      • Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and enhance service quality.

      Requirements
      • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or phone-based environment.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proficiency in computer usage, including handling multiple software applications simultaneously.
      • High school diploma or GED equivalent; candidates must be 18 years or older.
      • Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, problem-solving attitude.
      • Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Glendale, Arizona.
