      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years post-secondary education or higher, or a minimum of two years relevant work experience
      - Must be available for designated work schedules
      - Ability to work from a designated home office with the required equipment
      - Strong communication skills, both in English and Spanish
      - Commitment to maintaining a professional and distraction-free workspace
