      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle student loan inquiries, account updates, and repayment options
      - Manage inbound/outbound customer calls in a call center environment
      - Assist with completion of customer applications
      - Ensure privacy and security while providing exceptional customer service
      - Adhere to quality assurance and key performance indicators

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Fluent in Spanish
      - High School diploma required
      - 6 months of contact center or customer service experience
      - 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 6 months of Microsoft Office experience
      - Ability to pass an online customer service assessment test
      - Reliable high-speed internet and transportation to a CRI facility
