      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently handle inquiries regarding student loans, account updates, and repayment options within guidelines
      - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance standards
      - Assist customers in completing applications according to departmental procedures
      - Ensure privacy and security standards are upheld during customer interactions
      - Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a U.S. citizen
      - Fluent in Spanish
      - High School diploma required
      - Minimum of 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous call center experience
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote)
