What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support to resolve unique customer needs and offer available products
- Build trust with customers and ensure their satisfaction
- Acquire a solid base of insurance knowledge through training
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain a bilingual Spanish fluency to support bilingual roles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of post-secondary education or higher OR a minimum of two years relevant work experience
- Must be available to start on February 15, 2024
- Ability to work the specified schedules
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and a physically connected computer
- All Progressive hardware must be connected to a surge protector
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in a customer service role
