What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers regarding inquiries about eligibility, authorizations, claims, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring all efforts are made within the CSP’s scope
- Identify and escalate priority issues to create efficiencies in customer service
- Maintain accurate call logs to document customer interactions and actions taken
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues and enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining customer service behavior competencies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a related field or Healthcare Management
- Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude
- Experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
