What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison for members and providers across various lines of business, addressing inquiries related to eligibility, authorizations, claims, and more
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring resolution within the CSP’s scope before escalating issues
- Complete call logs to document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
- Research information using available resources to assist customers effectively
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Call center experience preferred
- Must maintain customer service behavior competencies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a related field or Healthcare Management
- Experience in customer service roles demonstrating relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
