      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Sales
      - Knowledge of customer-facing operations and the order-to-cash process
      - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Service Cloud) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
      - Understanding of supply chain processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service roles within the manufacturing sector
      - Familiarity with performance management systems and key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
