What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate directly with customers by phone or email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Enter orders and process warranty claims with accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available some Saturdays and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an office or call center environment
