What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
- Actively listen to customers and provide necessary information for informed decision-making
- Support customers through various communication mediums including email and phone
- Process orders and returns, and help customers understand DEXA bone scan results
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service background
- Passion for natural health and wellness
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support
- Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including availability for one weekend day
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
